Introducing 10:10:10 and Express Fitness Pilates
10:10:10 – Strength, Cardio and Core all in one 30 minute class. Give it a try every Tuesday at 7am or Wednesday at 6:10pm.
Express Fitness Pilates – all of the benefits of Fitness Pilates in a 30 minute format, a great way to introduce yourself to this style of Pilates.
For those members who can’t make our 5:25pm cardio classes we have added Metafit with Elliot on a Wednesday evening at 7pm and H.I.I.T with Eugene on a Friday at 6.35pm.
Following on from the success of the Tuesday 1:45pm Barre class we are pleased to be able to offer our evening members their own class, join Dawn every Wednesday at 6pm in Studio 1.
