Member Update: Temporary Closure
Ref: Temporary Waterside Leisure Club Closure.
Based on this evening’s announcement from the government that gyms and leisure centres must close “as soon as they reasonably can”, we’re saddened to announce that from midnight tonight, the Waterside Leisure Club will be temporarily closing. We understand from the press conference that the situation will be reviewed each month and, as we learn more, we will keep you informed.
As such, all membership payments will be put on complimentary freeze until we re-open. Therefore, if you pay by monthly direct debit, your next payment will not be taken until this closure has ended. If you pay annually, the time will be added on to your membership expiry date. No action is needed by you, the members. The freeze process will be handled by our admin team.
As stated in our email earlier today, our focus is to make sure that we are still in business and operating when this crisis ends.
Whilst this is a difficult time, we remain positive in the support we have and of course, will stay in touch with updates throughout this period of closure. We will be providing at home workouts so that you can continue your exercise routine at home – more details to follow on that next week.
