As stated in our email our Friday, our plan is to share as many home workouts with you as we can so that you can continue your exercise routine throughout this temporary closure. If you follow us on Facebook, you may have seen a few uploaded over the weekend and moving forwards these will also be added to our Waterside YouTube channel
