Member Protocols

Face coverings are mandatory in public areas of the hotel. We request that you wear your face covering in reception and in the Coffee Shop & Restaurant, until seated. If you are using the Leisure Club, please wear your face covering upon entering reception. Once you are through the turnstiles and in the foyer area of the Leisure Club, face coverings are optional.

Upon entering the club, we require you to sanitise your hands using the dispenser at the front door. We will soon be providing additional sanitising stations in this area.

Whilst we have extensive cleaning measures in place throughout the day and overnight, we would like to remind all members to clean their equipment using the sanitising wipes and spray provided after every use. 

We require you to book your visit in advance using the Waterside App, by logging into your members area or by calling the club on 0161 971 7000. Booking in advance allows for a more stream-lined club visit and stops reception from becoming over-crowded. Please be aware if you do not pre-book your visit, you may be asked to take a seat until the next booking becomes available.
