Members' Update
Dear Members,
We hope this message reaches you well.
As we move into the New Year we would like to thank you for your support in 2021, it has been a year that will be remembered for loss, continued interruption and quite a struggle but at the same time we remember your support to us as a business and all our colleagues are so very grateful for this support.
As outlined in September’s newsletter we are expecting a busy New Year 2022 and we have taken measures to ease congestion around car parking, swimming pool occupancy and the free weights areas.
We have upgraded all CCTV systems to the front car parking to assist with site and user security. Again please could I make a formal plea to all members to control their vehicle speed on arrival and departure as many of our users are advancing in years. Whilst we maintain our private roads and parking areas, just like the main roads they can quickly become slippy due to cold weather.
The club is now operating on a one in one out basis for new membership sales and we monitor this twice weekly as a management team, it is pleasing to us that we have reached this milestone and we will continue to invest to make sure the member experience is constantly evolving.
Please look out for our Forest Conservation Club that will be launching in the spring of next year, we aim to look after the trees on site and see more planted and flourishing.
