Cookery School of the Year?
Sometimes all the hard work and effort pays off and the past couple of months have been no different for the cookery school.
We’ve been nominated for two prestigious awards and been presented with a certificate of excellence by TripAdvisor.
Now in our fourth year of opening we’ve hosted, entertained and cooked with over 3,500 people, many of them Waterside members (don’t forget your members discount when you book). Alongside a specialism of innovative corporate and team building events, we provide a wide variety of experiences including hands-on cookery classes, healthy eating, parents cooking with their children, barista training, informative nutrition courses and Food Sorcery’s own unique twist on going out for dinner where learning and eating out blend into a sociable evening.
The nominations received are for Cookery School of the year from the Food Awards, and European Travel & Tourism Award for Hospitality. Both awards come of the back of our fantastic five-star reviews on TripAdvisor, Google and Facebook

This is such an inspired way to spend an evening. Loved every minute of it – Jason is really skilled, funny with it, really helpful. And then to top it all, a lovely social event, eating what we’d made. Thanks guys – my kids enjoyed my newfound skills at home too!!
