Member Guidelines

We would like all our members to get the most out of their membership and to have the best experience possible. To ensure that everyone can enjoy the facilities we have on offer, we would ask all our members to adhere to the following guidelines:
 
Main Pool / Jacuzzi & Hydrotherapy Pool
 
Please can we request that all our members shower before entering the spa facilities or swimming pool. A pre-swim shower with soap helps remove perspiration, oils, cosmetics and other impurities on the body. We have an excellent record of maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout our pools and it is proven that a pre-swim shower with soap prior to entering the water reduces the risk of any waterborne infections so we appreciate your support with this policy.
 
Saunas
 
Please can members and guests refrain from adding any oils or water onto the coals as this results in damage to the elements which recently resulted in one of our saunas being out of order for 5 days. The use of oils may also affect the slip-resistance of the floor tiles and as such, is strictly prohibited.
 
Steam / Salt Rooms
 
Can we remind all our members and guests that putting water into the air vents of the steam rooms will not create more steam. Doing this will have the opposite effect and will actually start to shut the system down. It can also do more long term damage to the facility.

Mobile Phones

For health and safety reasons, mobile phones or any device with camera capabilities are not permitted on poolside or in the Thermal Suite.
