Class Cancellations
We are very lucky to have such popular classes and at this time of year, an increase in bookings is expected. However, in the first few weeks of January we have noticed that, although classes are fully booked with a waiting list, they aren’t always fully attended. Upon further investigation it would appear that classes are being cancelled last minute meaning that there isn’t time for those on the waiting list to be informed. I’m sure everyone agrees that this is very frustrating, not only for the members that miss out but for the instructors who aren’t getting the attendance they are capable of.
We understand there are many reasons why you can’t make a class and this isn’t a problem, we would just ask that you let us know with as much notice as possible, preferably at least an hour before the class starts so that another member can be given the space.
