Live Streaming Update

Further to our email last week we are pleased to announce that in addition to watching the live classes on the Waterside App, you can now stream them on a laptop, computer or TV by going to the new Virtual Classes Timetable page on the Waterside’s website. Remember, throughout the month of June, these classes are available for FREE and if you don’t manage to join them live, you can always catch up by watching them on the Waterside’s YouTube channel or in the Class Videos section of the app at a time that suits you.

If you have been having any sound issues whilst trying to watch the live classes on the Waterside App, please close the app down fully and re-start it. This has been solving the issue for those members that we have spoken to already. It would appear that if you just come out of the app without closing it down, when you re-open it to watch a class, the sound is coming through twice which is what is causing the echo.

We hope that you enjoy this new service and if you do have any issues with streaming the classes, please call 0161 971 7000 and one of the team will be able to assist.

Kind regards,

The Waterside
