Members Notice - Turnstiles
You may have noticed on your recent visit that our turnstiles have been running slowly. This is due to ongoing issues with our club access system which we are currently working to resolve.
So that we can effectively manage club occupancy, it is important that you still book your club visits as normal and scan your band on entry. To ensure your visit is recorded correctly, please scan your band on the band reader once and wait up to 10 seconds for the turnstiles to release.
Your Leisure Club Booking allows access through the turnstiles and if you are using the Pool or attending a class, you will need a Pool Booking or Class Booking respectively. Club Bookings can be managed easily using the Waterside App.
