Daily Workouts for Waterside Members

We hope that you are keeping well and are enjoying some of the workouts we have already posted on Facebook and our Waterside YouTube channel. Our mission is to keep you active throughout this temporary closure and as such, we’re excited to announce that starting tomorrow morning, there will now be daily workouts available via the MyWellness App

If you haven’t already got a MyWellness account, the simply follow these instructions below:

  1. Follow this link
  2. Create your account
  3. Download the MyWellness app either from the App Store
    or Google Play Store
  4. Then login to your account

Once you have logged in, at the top of the home page you will be able to see the daily workouts, one for Beginner Level, one for Intermediate and one for Advanced. Simply select your workout level and then click START.

In addition to the above, we also have more workout videos from your favourite Waterside instructors on their way so keep checking out our Facebook and YouTube pages (all of which can be found on our Waterside App) as we continue to upload more daily workouts.
